Our Body Shop is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and can handle any insurance claim. Chevy Chase Acura's Body Shop is equipped to handle all types of repair needs. Our certified technicians specialize in body and collision repair, from minor dents and scratches to major repairs. We also offer detailing services to help bring your vehicle back to showroom condition. We use the latest tools and technology to ensure the quality of our repairs. I had front body work done . Including a new driver side headlight. Currently no rear taillights on either side of car . Had an oil change no long ago and taillights were checked at that point.

From beginning to end, the communication was poor, my card did I get fixed, and I’m extremely unhappy with more things broken than when I turned the car in

They didn’t fix the fakra cables covered under the warranty extension; they did not do the entire 21 point inspection: Acuralink - will not disengage when the car is turned off. have to disconnect my battery terminal every time I turn off the car; my electronic seat is broken and stuck in one position – it’s not been fixed; right and left door drivers are blown, and were not fixed. My second key needs to be programmed; I need my keys reprogrammed; and the wireless charging pad for the phone is broken. I repeatedly complained about these things, and they have not been fixed.

My car was returned to me looking like a brand new car. Not only was the repair excellent but the detail tech had the car beautifully cleaned and vacuumed.
