When we first brought the car in I was very anxious because it had a serious flood. Once I filed the insurance claim with USAA, Stan took care of everything. He reassured me that the car would be cleaned and sanitized and that he would handle everything. His communication with us was excellent throughout the process. When I picked up the car it was like new inside. In fact, we thought they had put in new seats but realized the detail cleaned the entire interior like new. I would recommend Stan and Chevy Chase Auto. to anyone who needs body work. And, I will recommend the detail center who did a fabulous job. I will definitely use them again. The person in the Body Shop that took care of me and my Acura in Customer Service: KYRIE was terrific… He kept me informed on a regular basis and addressed every concern. I would recommend that they call and ask for Stan Dovell. For me, he was a find.

Stan Dovell kept in touch with me before, during and after. He was immensely knowledgeable about cars. I asked him a hard question about my trunk key not working and he knew the bizarre issue, namely, a glove compartment switch.
