Our Body Shop is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and can handle any insurance claim. Chevy Chase Acura's Body Shop is equipped to handle all types of repair needs. Our certified technicians specialize in body and collision repair, from minor dents and scratches to major repairs. We also offer detailing services to help bring your vehicle back to showroom condition. We use the latest tools and technology to ensure the quality of our repairs. My experience with Chevy Chase Acura could not have been better. The communication was consistent despite the original estimated timeline altering slightly. They coordinated seamlessly with my car insurance as well as the Enterprise rental car agency. When I was reunited with my vehicle, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the repairs completed. I will be taking my vehicle back to CCA should body work be required again.

Dealing with repairs and insurance is usually stressful, but the team made the entire process smooth and straightforward. They communicated clearly, were honest about timelines, and worked hard to keep everything on track while coordinating with the insurance company. Kairi deserves special recognition. He was professional, pleasant and managed expectations superbly throughout the entire process. He consistently went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure I felt informed and taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The repairs looked great, pricing was fair, and I would absolutely recommend them to others.
