Your mechanics missed a small scrape beneath the door. I had to return vehicle to shop.additionally, when my car was delivered to me, it was delivered in a tunnel with another vehicle immediately behind me. I didnot have the ability to inspect the work before I left the shop. The workers removed items from the inside door pocket, threw them on the back floor and didn't replace them in their proper place after work was complete. Lastly, your mechanics didn't even bother to wash the exterior of the door before painting. Fortunately there were no scratches beneath the grime. Missed a baseball size dent on door. New paint had a chip on new molding.Had to leave vehicle again.

Lack of communication. Two times I showed one of the body shop employees a baseball size dent and it was still missed during repair.
