The repair itself was high quality.

I received text messages but the completion date was often listed as 4-10 days later than the actual completion date. I was not notified by Chilton that the vehicle would be ready the next day - my car rental company notified me that they had heard from the shop. This made it difficult to coordinate car drop off in order to avoid being charged a vehicle storage fee.
