I was really impressed with Al’s level of knowledge of Porsche repair requirements . He is a world class, well trained expert. He advocated successfully with the insurance company to use original Porsches parts not aftermarket parts that would have voided the warranty. The work quality was excellent, explaining what was happening and how long it would take was helpful. They take pride in doing an excellent job. Office staff was courteous and professional. Would recommend Chilton anytime.

Chilton did a high quality, first rate job of fixing my car's dents and dings after a tree branch fell on it. They are exceptionally well trained and knowledgeable about my high end German luxury car's requirements for repair. They knew the details better than the insurance company did. They kept me well informed during the process. They were realistic about how long it would take to order parts, do the work, get the car sensors 'calibrated' by a Porsche dealership (a requirement) and set expectations accurately with me. The work they did themselves was excellent. It looks like a new car. I would highly recommend them and I would use their services again if I had another problem.
