Everything was great. They even got my car done a day early and had it washed. The only thing I would improve is if an estimate was given at the time of visual inspection. I've had other places do that with the caveat that the price could go up if they take it apart and find more problems. It's really only a big deal if you're paying out of pocket instead of going through insurance.
