It was a pleasant experience, quick efficient and picked up my car cleaner inside and outside thank the way I dropped it off. Very happy with my beautiful rear bumper 😁. This was my first time having my car repaired at Chilton Auto Body Shop, and I had a great experience. The entire process was smooth and professional, from the initial estimate to the repair and final pickup. When I received my car, it looked and worked great. They even cleaned the car inside and out, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. When I received my car after the repair, everything looked good. However, after a few days, the rear bumper developed a fairly large gap even though the technician had secured it with screws. I have sent messages and photos to the shop’s phone number and the technician, but I have not received a response yet.
