Where do I begin? I placed my car in the hands of CARSTAR Chilton, what happened? My car was stolen from there outdoor lot, and guess what, the keys were left inside my automobile! I could go on about the unprofessional, negligent and disrespectful management of this incident, the bottom line is this, my car was stolen, my valuable possessions confiscated, my personal information in the hands of criminals which is a threat to our security for ever…as well as a need to replace a car I truly adored and imagined driving for many years! This avoidable incident now has put in the position, I can ill afford , to purchase a car in the worst time in the last fifty years to do so! Ask me what I think of CARSTAR CHILTON, they sre as guilty as the criminals that stole my car!

Was informed completion of work would be on Thursday. Pushed back to Friday. Called in Friday, not able to finish. Shop closes Saturday and Sunday. Push back to Monday. Work was completed 20 minutes before shop closed at 5pm.

Was informed car would be completed on Thursday(3/17), got pushed back to Friday, called in Friday and was told car is not completed, body shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday so got pushed back to Monday. Car was completed 20 minutes before shop was closed (4:40pm).
