Timewise, you delivered till after (dark) office hours you promised my car finished, despite a lot of customers during the day (holiday season). Justin explained what was done and helped carry 5 gallons of water from rental car trunk to my car. Summer was helpful with papers and calls Hertz. Paint job looked good. (It was dark.) I had to erase a mark on Rt taillight which they forgot. Overall, I'd still give them a 10. Customer service means a lot.
