The entire Chilton team was amazing. Joel patiently answered all my questions….and there were a lot….he explained the process for my repairs, and he updated me multiple times throughout the repair. Each person I spoke to was very nice and willing to help. The team laid out all my options allowing me to participate in the conversation of what parts needed to be ordered. I highly recommend Chilton Auto Body in Hayward.

From start to finish, Chilton was amazing! They finished my car in a week and I was able to pick it up on a Saturday which was very helpful. They washed and vacuumed the car before I picked it up, which was an extra and not expected but very much appreciated.
