I would tell them if you have to take it there, don't do it on a Friday afternoon, and hope your car isn't finished on a Friday afternoon.

The repair was good. But I did ask for a separate estimate on other work, which never happened.

I had a lot of stuff in my car, and I returned with my rental to find out that the shop had closed at least 15 minutes early, on a Friday afternoon. Everything I had come back for was locked up from Friday afternoon into Monday morning.

Chilton is the best auto body shop I’ve been to in the bay! The customer service was 10/10, the exterior and interior job was amazing and they kept in communication with me throughout the process. Did an awesome job getting the color as close as possible. I am very happy about that but the paint on the bumper over the wheel has bubbles in it. I'm not sure how to take care of them or if I need to but yea. It was only the wheel finder, the door did not have any bubbles in the paint. Great job otherwise
