I took my wife’s Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to Chilton in West Hayward for a rear fender repair. The work came out looking like new. Francisco and the rest of the front desk staff were very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely return for future repairs. Highly recommended

Chilton Hayward West staff, especially Elva and Francisco, are both very personable and professional. They exhibited excellent customer service i.e. status updates and answering questions which made the whole process seamless. The repair staff also did an amazing job on my car - the fixed areas are now flawless and bonus -complimentary auto detailing. The manager also was great for remediating a minor hiccup in getting the car assembly completed on schedule. Great team! I will not hesitate recommending this Chilton Hayward West branch.

My whole experience from beginning to end with Chilton Hayward West was nothing short of amazing! Francisco was super helpful on the phone and when I came in to have my car looked at for a quote. Once my car was in the process of being repaired - Elva was super helpful with providing constant updates of my car both through text and phone calls. She was very friendly and has excellent customer service. I got my car back looking brand new thanks to this team. Will definitely recommend this shop to people I know if ever in need of vehicle repairs.
