They did a great job repairing the dents and gash in the door, and then painting and coating it. I was kind of amazed; it looks like new.

They were super responsive and communicative, calling and texting me with updates. We had a little misunderstanding about the scope of the repairs, but we cleared that up with a phone call, and everything turned out great.

Geico is a nightmare and Chilton made it easy. Jesse was particularly good, keeping me updated along the way. The receptionist understood the complexities of the broken Chilton system and was able to still magnate efficiently. This is the 2nd time I have used this Chilton’s for auto repair and would go back.

Jesse was great. He kept us informed and did a great job. I appreciate their text system so we have a sense of how much longer it will take for a big repair since we don't have a rental car and needed to make alternate arrangements to get to work. They gave me a Lyft ride home at drop off. The young woman knew how to deal with Geico's ridiculous system-- bonus of great value. I would use this shop again
