I am frustrated because my alignment was not fixed. So I had to take the car into another shop to have it fixed. At that shop they advised me that my steering wheel was bent along with some other parts. So now I have to bring my car back to be repaired for the third time, very inconvenient and frustrating.

I appreciate the great costumer service. To be honest wen I left my car I knew it was in good hands. Unlike the disapointed finlishline body shop. I can definitely see the difference between real professionals of course Chilton Auto Body and body shops that all the care is about is collect $ and do shity jobs.
