I had a lot of back and forth going on with my insurance company while they decided whether or not they would allow me to repair my car, but my experience with Chilton was excellent the whole time. Chilton kept in frequent communication with me, they were easy to reach to ask questions, and they were all so nice. It was a great experience and my car also looks and feels as good as new! The only feedback I have is that it, as a Tesla owner, it would have been nice to have been reminded to bring my keycard, as I don't typically carry it on me. I brought in my car and had to go home because I had forgotten it.

I had an excellent experience with Shelton Autobody from start to finish. When I first called to schedule a consultation, Yesenia was professional, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready by Friday, which was a quick turnaround. Throughout the process, the team kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my needs were met. The front office staff was also welcoming and professional. Since I was leaving town early Saturday morning, they reassured me my car would be ready in time—and they delivered on that promise. When I picked up my car Friday afternoon it looked brand new and had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely return for future services if needed.
