An appointment was not working properly. I had to wait another week due to their miscommunication each other. And I had to go back for fixing uneven lattering. It was so annoying and wasted my time a lot.

No communication was done in regards to the plan of repairs. The repairs were timely I’ll give them that. As for one dent in particular, you can tell exactly where the repair was made and now looks like a bubble and not smooth.

The only reason I have given a 4 is I noticed that they washed my car that it took off the special coating i had put on my car i have been out of town so i have not been able to take my car n to have it looked at it!

Excellent customer service. Repair was done quickly n received text notification on repair status. They washed and cleaned my car so well it looked like I just bought it off the lot. They even drove me to the rental car company a short distance away.
