Very nice people! Got a ride to the car rental place when I dropped my car off and they returned it there when I picked up my car. They even held on to something I left in the rental which I thought I lost for sure

The body work was amazing Paint had a couple small flaws but not in overtly visible locations Interior trim panel was not properly secured but I fixed it. Overall the work was pretty good but there were some small things that could have been caught by a closer final quality inspection…

I originally filed my claim in February 2022. I took my car in, Chilton had it for a week after inspection and then told me they did not have the right part and would have to order a new part that would take over a month to get. I originally got a call saying that the part was in and when I took my car in they said they had no clue what I was talking about and the person that had called me had been fired for calling the wrong people multiple times. When I got another call saying to bring my car to be fixed I was again mislead and they did not have the bumper and the man I was communicating with, Luis, was irritated with me because I told him I wanted my car while they waited for the part, emphasizing they would have to “put the car back together and then take it apart again when they got the part”. The bumper took 2 months to receiver, when I was told it would take 20 days at max. The two times I went to the shop the main man, Luis Mendoza, would not even look or communicate with me when I was in the shop. He was very rude and unprofessional. My insurance company paid Chilton months before my car was even fixed and I was very dissatisfied with my service. I would not recommend.

I dropped my car off in march 2022, I received a call 5 days after dropping it off stating that they actually didn’t have the parts that they needed and that they would like to keep my car for a month until they got the replacement. I said I needed my car and would like to pick it up, Luis Mendoza copped an attitude because they would have to “put it all back together and then take it apart again” when the part arrived. I picked my car up and got another call a week later stating the part was in, I show up to the shop and apparently I was called incorrectly and they still did not have the part. I waited 2 months for the part to be in and the only reason I knew when it would be in was because I had to repeatedly call even tho I was told I would get updates. Both times I went in to the shop Luis would not look or speak to me, he had his office woman talk to me (she was fantastic). Overall I am very disappointed
