Replaced my door hinges perfectly. Door makes no sound (hinges made very bad clicking and clanking noises) and paint match looks perfect

Rico was awesome. Showed he cared from moment one. When I first came to see if you could fix my door he had a tech come out and try lubing it and assessing it before he decided it needed new hinges. He made me feel real confident you’d do a great job

The repair on my Honda Accord, the replacement of a right front panel, was done perfectly and within the estimated repair time at a very reasonable price. Rico and his team did an excellent job and I plan to go to CARSTAR Colton in Pleasanton for all future work.

I have already submitted a CARSTAR survey response to the repair work done on my Honda Accord. However, to repeat, the work was performed in the specified time despite a problem getting a part from a 3rd party. Rico and his crew did an excellent job and I will be returning to Chilton in the future if I need car body work done on my vehicles.
