I always say that what makes a place special are the people that work in the place. I have not been to any Chilton facilities before but the one in San Bruno has an excellent customer service in the person of Gerardo "Jerry" Ruiz. I cannot thank Jerry enough for the way he handled the work on my car. Chilton should be proud to have an employee like Jerry.
