Repairs took a week longer than expected. Was told by Allstate repairs were complete only to show up and wait 2 hours. Receipt signed by me at the time does not match what was submitted to Allstate. Claim submitted to Allstate was $1000 higher.

We are absolutely 100% satisfied with the repair done to my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek! The damage was not significant and really just a "fender bender" BUT it looks beautiful like it is brand new in the one back fender and bumper! Gavin was great and we really appreciated the updates on the progress of the repair work on Tuesday and Thursday. My car was ready quickly (about a week). Thank you so much to the lovely office staff as well. My husband and I are so pleased with the Ciocca Car Garage Staff (in Red Lion PA)...A+++ all around! Thanks so much!
