My insurance did not cover a rental car, but I took that into consideration. After being told my car was going to be completed by a certain time and it didn’t happen, I became discouraged. They did good work, but part of the overall experience fell short of my expectation.

You guys knocked her out of the park with the windshield replacement but more than that with your customer service. The Uber ride back home and delivery of the car was something I did not expect. I was originally told it would take 3 to 5 days. It took 2 1/2 weeks. I didn't mind because I had a rental but if I didn't I would have been so stressed. However everyone was awesome.

They took a super long time. I was quoted 3 to 5 days and it took 2.5 weeks. I also had to take my car back because my blinker stopped working but they fixed it fast. But, They're super nice and did a great job.
