was very, very pleased with my experience at City Collision Center. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. One thing I really appreciated was how they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They sent me regular email updates about my car, so I never had to wonder what was going on or what stage the repairs were in. They also made sure I was taken care of by asking if I needed a rental car or even a ride home. That level of customer service really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend City Collision Center, especially if you're a Tesla owner. I also noticed they work on a lot of high-end and exotic vehicles, which gave me even more confidence that my car was in good hands. A big thank you to the entire crew at City Collision Center for taking care of my Tesla and doing such a great job on the repairs. I truly appreciate everything you guys did. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this collision center based on my experience. My handler JP constantly talked over me and did not listen to my concerns or instructions regarding my own vehicle. Even when I specifically asked for certain things not to be done, my wishes were disregarded and decisions were made without my approval. When I bring my vehicle somewhere for repairs, I expect my concerns to be heard and respected, not for someone to simply do whatever they want with my car. Also to just credit it back to me after doing something I asked not to be done.
