Thank you for the work your team did on my truck. Overall, I’m pleased with the repair, and I appreciate the effort that went into fixing it. However, I did notice a couple of issues. The frame support in front of the passenger-side tire isn’t sitting exactly like it would on a stock vehicle. There’s about a 1/4 inch gap from the frame, while the driver’s side has a much tighter spacing of less than 1/16 inch. Additionally, the bumper on the passenger side is sticking out about 1/2 inch farther than it would on a stock vehicle. I understand this was a complex repair, but I would have appreciated a better explanation of why these specific alignments couldn’t be brought closer to factory specs. A more detailed walkthrough of the limitations during the repair process would have helped me feel more at ease with the final result. Thank you again for your hard work, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.
