The repair is AWESOME. However, it RAINED terribly when my Honda was there, and since my back window was missing, things got soaked in the back, under where the spare tire is. It's all dried out now. Also, my small round mirror on the driver's side was missing, I did already replace it. I would absolutely bring my car back to you for repairs. The staff all are amazing too. Thanks for a great repair job.

Overall the work looks like it was done well. My main complaint is the lack of communication. I dropped my car off on Monday and heard nothing. On Friday I called and was told they were in the middle of something with Geico they’d call me back. I heard nothing. The following week when I called I was told it’d be done on Wednesday. Again I heard nothing. I called Wednesday and they said BMW delivered the wrong part and the car would be done on Friday. Friday I called in the afternoon and I was told it’d be done by 5:30. I picked it up Friday. I’m very lucky my work and personal schedule was flexible. Given the poor communication I’d think twice before bringing my car there again.
