Overall the work looks like it was done well. My main complaint is the lack of communication. I dropped my car off on Monday and heard nothing. On Friday I called and was told they were in the middle of something with Geico they’d call me back. I heard nothing. The following week when I called I was told it’d be done on Wednesday. Again I heard nothing. I called Wednesday and they said BMW delivered the wrong part and the car would be done on Friday. Friday I called in the afternoon and I was told it’d be done by 5:30. I picked it up Friday. I’m very lucky my work and personal schedule was flexible. Given the poor communication I’d think twice before bringing my car there again.

Very unlikely like the owner gary but jumping the price up from 24k to 32k leaving me with 0 dollars is insane im sure that if I went somewhere else it wouldn't be 32k for a small bumper fix
