Unfortunately, this is my 2nd time visiting City Collision Center within 1 calendar year. However, the quality, communication, and service has stayed consistent and has been immaculate throughout the process. Veronica has been personable and informative with the repair process by providing 2 updates via SMS which is insightful and appreciative from the consumer side. Eric has been great with identifying the right repairs needed to get my car back in new condition. I am very appreciative of the staff and am recommending anyone caught in a similar situation with City Collision Center. I will also be writing a Yelp review and submit my survey to Tesla. Bravo!

The team routinely communicated my vehicles to me. They communicated via text which is preferable to me also. The car appears to be restored to pre accident conditions. The staff was professional and welcoming. Finally, when the vehicle was ready, they staff members were accommodating and stayed a some time after closing on a Saturday so I can pick up my car. Thank you!

My camper shell was scratched . Most likely when the shell was removed from the truck to remove the bed for repair. I’m sure it was an accident but I like it to be fixed. Thank you

I thought the second time they would deliver a better result since they messed up the first time, but they did not. They forgot to put back the spoiler on my car, and now I have to go back again because it's coming out and was not properly aligned.

Initially it was really slow getting the estimate to my insurance by like 45+ days. The reason received by City Collision rep was that it was really busy. However, though frustrated, because of the reputation of City Collision I continued the process and happy I did.

Excellent communication, you get lifetime warranty. Sometimes as a woman I don’t love going to auto body shops because I feel like I’m being talked to like I’m dumb. The experience here couldn’t have been more different. I was explained everything clearly there was complete transparency in what was happening. The staff was so professional. I picked my car up and was explained in detail what they did. They had cleaned the inside and outside of my car in so much detail. The space is so clean. A wonderful experience overall.

Told me they only use brand new parts and then told me that they used a used bmw bumper on my car because insurance didn’t budge. It would’ve been better if they would’ve contacted me and confirmed that was okay with me.
