The job was done nicely. But someone took my Gucci sunglasses that I left in the car. The sunglasses were in its box, but only the box was still in the car. The glasses were taken. I have messaged the center but no one responded. I didn’t realized until the next day since I picked up after 6pm. Please look into the matter.

JP & Bianca was my point of contact and they provided excellent customer service. They coordinated inspection and supplemental inspection and payment directly with my insurance company. During the repairs they kept me up-to-date every week on the status of my car via email. I got my Tesla Model Y back looking brand new. They did a great job on it.
