The team was super helpful throughout the whole process. Mario helped me call the rental place on Saturday when I needed a ride to pick up my rental car. They worked with my car insurance company to quickly get my car repaired. I was given updates via email and also via phone on the status of my car by Nester. When I picked up my car I was able to leave my rental car at City Collision. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs.

This is a bad company that is not protect to customer's item. Bad service, said one thing, do difference thing. Also, some items are missing from my car. Ex: the tire's logo & little cap covers the tire is missing.

When I crashed my 2026 BMW X6 City Collision Center got her back to perfect condition quickly and painlessly. They were very communicative through the whole process as the evaluation was done and through the repairs. As parts were ordered, arrived, and installed they gave updates all throughout. When it was completed I happened to be out of town and they were fine with my leaving the car there until I returned home. Overall my experience was very professional with extremely high quality results.

I am not happy with the customer service. I didn’t receive any phone calls to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle. When I dropped off my car I was told I would I called once in a couple of days to know what the damage was and how long it would approximately take to fix. I didn’t receive any call with that information, updates or any info. I did receive calls emails and text when the car was ready for pick up. Once I spoke to someone I asked for them to inform me about the repairs as to what was the damaged and what was fixed. The person on the phone also seemed surprised I wasn’t called. I was not happy with not receiving a new bumper and it just being fixed. However since I was never called it was too late to even try to call my insurance and request a new bumper be approved. Also the when I picked up my car the battery was drained and in critical condition. When I asked why it hadn’t been charged they didn’t know it was already closing time and they said I could wait 30 min or come the next day. It was late so I did not wait. Additionally, I do not have time to keep going to the collision center due to work. I will not be going back here or recommending this place to anyone.

Need to bring back my car because the installation of my headlight is not align that I think caused the condensation (water moist in my headlight). Also, give me headache on coordinating with the shop and insurance, that is why it takes a while before repairing my bumper.
