Compliments to the entire staff at City Collision center . Communication was clear and effective. I felt confident that they were the right shop to work on my 2020 Model Y Tesla. Julian was the initial point of contact. His kind and friendly demeanor assured me the job would be done right. Veronica at the front desk kept us organized and made us feel special. The repair came out better than expected. The Tesla emblems installed were the incorrect color. It was suppose to be the Matte black emblems on trunk lid. Veronica made us feel that the correction would be completed to satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop for any Tesla repairs. They were very thorough and complete with replacements and craftmanship for Tesla regulations and standards. Thank you again . 5 stars!!!
