I appreciated the daily updates on the status of my vehicle and how they listened when I noticed an issue. They then made a minor adjustment which fixed the issue. Customer service is great, I will use them again if I need additional repairs.

And what was a fairly simple repair, it shouldn’t have taken so ridiculously long. And the estimate process really should not have been that far off.

People were nice enough. But the entire repair process took way too long, from drop off to,nearly 2 weeks later, pick up. This was hardly a complicated job.

The communication needs to be improved. I called a few times to ask for an update on the timing on my car and I never heard back from an employee. It seemed the only time I was communicated with via text was after I called.
