I was originally told that the repair would take about three days, but it ended up being five weeks! I do appreciate that CC gave us a rental because we only have the one car. When we got our car back they gave us a new key and our other two keys don't work.

When I picked my car up, the seal around the replaced window was misaligned and they put in the wrong window- it does not match the other back factory window. So I have to return my car and have it redone.
