Honestly, I'm not too impressed with the shop for multiple reasons. Mike Schaut has been the only reason I've refrained from being completely dissatisfied.

I would recommend you to people I thought could manage the communication issues. Not everyone would deal well with that.

Everyone was polite, but the communication could have been more proactive. Every time there was a delay, I found out by calling and asking about the progress. There was an initial estimate of time, and the day before that I called and was told it will be three more weeks. I should have been told that sooner. When the three weeks were up, I called to make sure it would be done and was told the next day. When it was not ready that day, nobody called me to say so. Everybody was nice about me calling to ask these questions, but I shouldn’t have to pull this information out.

Repairs were amazing and City collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. The lead mechanical Ryan Schroeder was fantastic and did a great job on my truck. Would recommend to anyone needing body work or vehicle maintenance!

Jonnah Oprosky was extremely accommodating to our needs. He was able to get our car in for repair earlier than expected and finished earlier as well. The communications with City Collision were also frequent and any questions we had were addressed in a timely manner.
