The repair that I had done is completely satisfactory to my liking the only issue I have is the car wash was substandard but that's not an issue

All the people who work there were cordial and professional I have no issue with them I do take issue with the fact that it took me 3 weeks to make an appointment and then I had to wait another 2 weeks to get my car fixed I assumed that by making an appointment that it would be started immediately but I'm not a body man I don't want to body shop so I I can't really, to it it baffled me why I took 3 weeks of making appointment and then my car didn't get fixed for another 2 weeks I thought that you would fix it on the day I brought it

I think they should have ket me keep my car until they had all the parts required for repair and then had me bring in the car fir a shorter period of time. Also, I emwas told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and it took 3 1/2 weeks.
