I think they should have ket me keep my car until they had all the parts required for repair and then had me bring in the car fir a shorter period of time. Also, I emwas told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and it took 3 1/2 weeks.

Folks I worked with/talked to were invariably courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, and my car looks much better. Because I'm a State Farm insured, the paperwork, car rental, payment were that much more efficient.
