Damaged areas were fixed however there was new damage caused by C&L sometime during the repair process. This was noted by the front desk staff when I picked up my car. I was told it would be escalated to management for how to proceed but I have yet to hear back.

They did not inform me that the repair was going to be faster than expected and when I picked up my car they could not explain why certain things were done. I was told they were too busy and had an unexperienced worker they were also trying to train at the time.

The work discussed wasn’t what we initially agreed on. We had to call the customer service line multiple times to get estimate about the work on personal expense. Finally we’re told it will be done only to be told at the last moment that price had to be $1000 higher. I would not use the company again.
