Everything was great, except the car had a horrible chemical smell (I'm guessing from paint) when we picked it up. It still smelled 4 days later. I didnt feel comfortable having my baby in the car for several days until the smell dissipated. Likewise, I am currently pregnant and couldn't tolerate driving in it. A warning about this would have been nice.

Second time I have had body work completed at C & L and I am more satisfied than the first time. I appreciated and loved the text updates and phone calls I got on the progress of my car and how quickly they completed the job. When I got my vehicle back, it was SPOTLESS and my car looked brand new! as if I drove it right off the lot again and that I loved as well. I would refer anyone to C & L and appreciate their excellent customer service!!!
