My car was damaged during a recent storm. C&L worked with my insurance company and rental company to make this unexpected event a smooth and comprehensive experience. Each member of the team was helpful, kind and informative. The repairs needed and timeframe to completion was communicated via text and email. If it was a Geico insurance related manner absolutely not , but if it was outside of Geico and just to you guys likely and I would tell them have Aaron be your auto-body repair man, he’s very knowledgeable , professional and I know he does great work , he was looking at my car after hours and legit told me everything that needed to be repaired I even asked him after hours bc I know him outside of your body shop hours

I noticed that my left blinker was not working. I didn’t realize it right away, but then I figured out that it was blinking weird because it wasn’t working. I haven’t had time to take it back to have it fixed. The other thing that I noticed, there were some scratches on the front of the car that I don’t think we’re there before but since I can’t really prove it in anyway, I didn’t wanna make a stink about it.

The staff was courteous, professional efficient. They had me in and out when I dropped off the car really quickly. When I went to pick up the car same thing courteous professional super nice had me in and out fairly quickly. I was able to leave my rental car there and they took care of all that stuff.

Every step of the process was transparent and seamless. The communication that they provided letting me know what was happening with the insurance as well as my car's progress was very appreciated. I picked up my car around 5:30pm and the office was closed. Before I dropped over the car , the odometer was 24110 and when I picked up the car today Thursday July 2 2026 , the odometer is 25913. I want to know the reason why almost 1789 odometer was used and my gas was almost full, when I picked up the car all my gas was used up . I request that I need my part to be put at the truck of the car and it was not there . Inline image Can you please explain to me ?
