We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. When I left my car it had a full tank of gas and when I picked it up, the gas tank was empty and there was an additional 100miles in it! Very disappointed

C&L was great throughout my entire experience! They made the process easy for me to drop off the vehicle, get my rental, talk me through the repairs and constantly communicated updates with me! I was not available to pick up my car but they made it easy for someone else to come pick my car up. The only issue I have is that the replacement part was not the exact same as my previous part but it may not be the fault of the shop as the exact part may not have been available. I would highly recommend this shop for body work!

The service on the car was well enough, but I don't think overall communication could have used some work.

Customer service felt lukewarm. Multiple times I asked about the emergency brake, an additional issue which is fine, and instead of talking to me about it, it wasn't addressed at all. On top of this, I was left on hold when I received a text that it was in the reassembling stage. I had to follow up 5+ days later. When I got a call back to pick up the car, I was told I had to come in soon to pick up the car when I didn't have the time or resources because they didn't want to leave the car on the lot until Saturday. Normally I think that's fair, but I was forced to wait this entire time without a proper update, and then told I needed to get it soon after waiting already three weeks
