All of our shops are equipped with all the latest equipment to repair today’s automobiles. We offer Down draft spray booths set up for environmentally friendly Waterborne paints. We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. The service on the car was well enough, but I don't think overall communication could have used some work.

Customer service felt lukewarm. Multiple times I asked about the emergency brake, an additional issue which is fine, and instead of talking to me about it, it wasn't addressed at all. On top of this, I was left on hold when I received a text that it was in the reassembling stage. I had to follow up 5+ days later. When I got a call back to pick up the car, I was told I had to come in soon to pick up the car when I didn't have the time or resources because they didn't want to leave the car on the lot until Saturday. Normally I think that's fair, but I was forced to wait this entire time without a proper update, and then told I needed to get it soon after waiting already three weeks

Clear coat is all messed up, whoever polished the vehicle left holograms in the paint. And fender is still not aligned. Not so good work.
