We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. Prior to, during the estimate and while dropping of my daughter's car for repairs, I had indicated to three different people that while the rear bumper was off the car getting repaired for an insurance claim, that I also wanted pre-existing scratches and dings repaired and that I would pay out of pocket outside the claim. The area was even marked up when I dropped off the car. When I picked up the car, the owner told me that those repairs (outside the insurance claim) were not completed BUT they filled in the area touch up paint. When I looked at the vehicle, it literally looked like a 3 year old took white out and filled them in. The area was not repaired (sanded/bonding/painting) and when I again said that it was a lease and I needed to turn in the vehicle, his reply was "they won't ding you for that." The bumper was literally off the car and you repair one are but not the other, after I told three people I wanted it done ? And then use touch up paint and not even try to make it right ? Needless to say I won't be coming back, will post up pictures on review sites and will go to Allstate who recommended you and show them the work you did/didn't do and to NOT recommend your business further. Now I have to waste my time and find another shop to do the work properly, take the car out of commission that my daughter uses for college and get the repairs done properly.
