Work done seems to be excellent. I feel the amount of time it took to get the work completed was excessive. Yell were given three weeks to get the parts in before the car was dropped off. It was dropped off on a Monday and it was still not ready a week later when we were informed that it would be ready by Friday of the previous week. Seven business days to complete what seemed to be a rather small repair seems a bit excessive.

Over the last 6 or 7 years we have used Classic Auto body twice . Each time I was totally impressed with their friendly professional staff and the exceptional quality of their repairs. Would highly recommend them! They are craftsmen of their trade!

There was in my opinion a sense of insincerity- just waiting on the day of closure- insurance payment. I did not like the comments in the summary about client not having funds- you have no idea what I have. I knew the payment on the. part of uninsured motorists claim was to be lower.

Initial repair was unsatisfactory. The bumper was left in painted and the body panels/hood did not align properly

When I identified the deficiencies the repair manager tried to tell me that I was wrong and that my bumper was not painted when it entered. After providing him with pictures he continued to argue with me, until my original bumper was found in the dumpster. It was paint matched to the rest of the truck

Truck has paint dust and glue residue on it. Some I can not wipe off. Usually the body shop details after work is completed, not this one. They did vacuumed a little. Dust all over dash board.
