I had high expectations for the service, but unfortunately, one of the two repairs I left for was not completed when they delivered the vehicle to me. I had to return the vehicle to complete the job.

Initial repair the door was mounted askew, the fender no longer aligned with the a-pillar, the new paint on the door has dirt? dried into the paint and the weather strip at the base of the window was missing a clip. They agreed it was an oops and have it again to fix. We shall see what the final results are.

I have yet to see the work done on the car because I'm still in California. My daughter picked the car up for me. So I cannot judge based on workmanship. Hence the nine. However, everything else seemed to go smoothly and the pictures my daughter sent show me that great work was done.

When I brought the car into the shop on the very first visit, I received verbal confirmation that classic collision would inspect the vehicle, conduct an estimate of damages, and communicate with my insurance company. They also kept me updated daily via text messages. This made the process of collision repair for my vehicle a smooth experience. The team I spoke with were all very professional and assuring.
