DId not have a positive experience. Communications and fit/alignment of repair were lacking. Would not take my personal vehicle here for repair

IT was decent early on in the process but very delayed. I had to repeatedly call to check on availability of parts; was not notified to bring vehicle in until I called (they did not call me). Completion was delayed multiple days without appropriate notification (no call; no text). I did not get any updates on progress unless I called and requested.

After we brought the car back because the air conditioner was not working and making a rattling noise. On the way home it made the rattling noise again but then stopped. I'm just kind of worried about the compressor and hoping we're not going to have problems with it.
