Alberto was very helpful and kind. He even brought our van to us when it was finished and took care of returning the rental for us. This allowed us to be available for our organizations team meeting. The work on the van also appears to be well done. Thanks for the great work!

There was 4-5 days added to the repair time because the techs couldn’t get the backup camera to work when reinstalling the bumper. The backup camera was not damaged in the accident.

I really appreciate the staff when at the shop. The vehicle still needs to come back as has been communicated. The sensors for passing are now not working properly and now there is a big creak sound in the back when going over bumps or dips.

Very friendly and helpful. Although it took at least a week before we were ever communicated with regarding damage or repair time. I believe our case manager had left. Maybe we were forgotten?
