Tech incorrectly assessed extent of structural damage multiple times causing extreme delays in completion of repairs. Also didn't include/repair an obvious footlong and two-inch wide scratch that occurred as part of the accident, which we now have to live with.

Ahltore was very helpful, professional, and responsive with updates. He came across as caring and personable, and validated my frustration with the continuous and (in my opinion) avoidable oversights on the assessment and extent of damages which caused extensive delays in the work. (He'd get a 10 from me). Tatyana was also helpful in keeping me updated on the un-progress of the repairs. Sometimes she seemed a bit cold and short on the phone, not always a good thing for someone in a customer-facing role.

I used another Classic Collisions shop several years ago, and they didn’t perform the same level of service. I also used another shop here in Anchorage that I’ll never go to or recommend. I had to keep calling them for updates, and they usually said they were waiting for a part or didn’t know anything.
