I have to say, my experience with this collision center was extremely disappointing. Communication was absolutely terrible — I constantly had to step in and act as the middleman between them and the dealership because they just couldn’t seem to coordinate or communicate properly. As for the repair work itself, I’d give it a 2 out of 10. The paint looks decent at first glance, but the area over the weld line looks awful, and the paint has already started peeling just two days after getting the vehicle back. There are even visible gaps with no paint at all, which will definitely lead to rust once water gets in. Inside the car, I found three random plugs left for reasons I can’t understand, and there’s now a loud rattling noise coming from the dash — as if something was dropped inside and they hoped I wouldn’t notice. The lack of communication, sloppy workmanship, and poor attention to detail made this a really frustrating experience.
