10/10 experience, my brand new OEM front bumper assembly came out great & they did a fantastic job they also cleaned my car after repairs! Their lobby & employees are very welcoming, I feel at home here. I will always bring my vehicles to classic collision on E fifth ave for any body repair's. My car was finished at the same estimated day & time they gave me & the communication was on point they also did a great job with dealing with the insurance & rental company. Ahltore is one of the best body advisors/estimators & has been working as a collision manager for many years he was the manager at step brothers body shop before it turned into Payless auto repair, he is very good at inspections/repairs & estimates & much more. Zach test drove my car & told me how the alignment characteristics felt & did a amazing job with the paint on my bumper. The front desk lady knows how to multi task & is very good at communicating & informing the customers on what’s going on with their vehicle.

Love the text messages I always got telling me progress on my car - when vehicle took longer than expected you stepped to the plate & pushed it up a couple days to accommodate my travel - ps love the way you detail insides too .. such a treat in Alaska !
