I used another Classic Collisions shop several years ago, and they didn’t perform the same level of service. I also used another shop here in Anchorage that I’ll never go to or recommend. I had to keep calling them for updates, and they usually said they were waiting for a part or didn’t know anything.

Great job with the repairs. I would suggest that the doors are open at 8am and when the customers car is completed they get notified immediately and not wait until 3pm.

Cargo storage are beneath third row seats was not put back together correctly.

Customer service was not honest about time required for the repair. The first estimate was 1 week, which was not realistic for a repair with no additional issues. The the repair was finished but we were not notified until after the shop was closed which added a day to the rental car. Be more up front with time estimates.

It was good, but so far getting stuck for an extra day of car rental. I’m not sure if State Farm is going to reimburse me. My car had to stay an extra week for an accident that happened at Classic Collision. Even if I do get reimbursed eventually, it is causing me to make phone calls and follow up. The receptionist at CC said I would need to take care of that. I did find the repair work was done very well and happy about that. The mechanic was nice and polite. Very happy with the repairs!

Repair itself was great! The fact that I had to pay for an extra day of car rental was not great. My car had to stay an extra week due to the fact it was damaged while in your care. I’m still trying to find out why State Farm didn’t pay for it. In reality, they shouldn’t have had to pay for that last week. I don’t feel that I should be spending hours to try to get my 1 day of rental back. The repairs were good though. Mechanic was very nice.
