My Experience

I’ve been using this shop for several years, and perhaps multiple cars (I can’t honestly remember) but everyone I’ve dealt with has been very friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. I’m always pleased by the work and their customer service.

My Experience

Work was done in a timely manner and received updates on their progress every Tuesday and Thursday.

Some bumps, but ultimately a good job done.

There were some bumps in the process. Upon being directed to pick up my vehicle, I discovered on the drive home that the blind spot detection and obstruction proximity warning system was haywire- the blind spot warning and audible alarms were randomly going off where nothing was present. When a vehicle was in my blind spot- nothing- no warning at all. Had to drive like this for several days until an opening was available to address. Upon picking my car up the 1st time, I found it parked in their lot unlocked, drivers side window down. There is a fairly continuous stream of homeless people traversing this lot. I observed a group of 3 and another individual walk through on just 2 minutes of observation. My confidence was pretty shaken by this thoughtlessness for care of my car. I returned my vehicle for repairs and by about 345 in the afternoon had not received any update on status. I tried calling the shop 2x, no one was answering the phone, no leave a message option. I called a different location and got an answer. They called for me and I soon received a call back to come pick up. Arrived at 430, and discovered that a $450 paper parking pass that I had left tucked into a relatively secured location on the dash was missing. I reported that, the manager helped me look- nothing. My bad for leaving a valuable in my car. Extremely disappointed none the less. I searched again when I got home and found it lodged in the dash depression where the heads up display feature is located. It was halfway stuck in a Crack, working its way into the dash interior. Only way this likely happens- the test driver drove the car with the windows down, filling the cabin interior with turbulent air . It was about 15 degrees out. To me- my take away is the shop staff is careless with people's cars. I am also at fault for leaving a valuable in the car, an error I will learn from. The car- thankfully, does now appear to be running correctly. The repair also looks impeccable 👌. The manager was extremely professional and empathetic. The receptionist was also very professional, and to both their credit- despite my voiced frustration. I am grateful ultimately, but I think the shop nack of house staff has some room to improve for attention to details.

Customer Service

Manager and receptionist were very professional.
